This notice covers this website and its business contact form. It does not cover patient referral data processed by KOGSY Ready.
Who handles your details

What we receive
The form asks for your name, role, agency, state, work email, and referral volume. Phone and EMR name are optional. Please do not send patient details. If you email us, we receive your address and message.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your inquiry and arrange a walkthrough. For GDPR purposes, we process requests made before a possible contract or rely on our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries, as applicable.
Service providers and location
Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. We also use an email service to read and reply to inquiries. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area.
Fonts and site measurement
IBM Plex and Montserrat fonts are hosted on this site, so loading them does not send a request to Google. We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall website traffic. Plausible receives page paths, referral sources, and basic browser, device, and approximate location information. It does not set cookies or store raw IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. Visitor data is processed in the EU. See Plausible's data policy. We do not use advertising trackers or our own cookies.
How long we keep it
When an inquiry does not lead to a customer relationship, we keep it for 24 months after the last contact. Records related to a customer relationship may be kept longer when needed for that relationship or required by law.
Your choices
Contact hg@kogsy.ai to ask for access, correction, or deletion of your form details. People covered by GDPR may also object to certain processing and complain to a data protection authority. US visitors may contact us with the same requests.
